Coach
At Nudge we are passionate about coaching. We have coached hundreds of individuals, from Vice Presidents and CEO's to shop floor operatives. We have qualified and accredited coaches and often recommend one to one coaching as part of our leadership development programmes. We offer a free taster session to check 'fit' before you go ahead. We often use 360 and psychometrics as a part of our work and can administrate the tool and feedback for you. Other examples of how we coach include: Individual performance coaching, career crossroads, first 90 days in new role, reintegration after maternity leave.
The tools we use in support of coaching: GROW model, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Strength Deployment Inventory, (SDI), 360 feedback, Herman Brain Dominance Indicator (HBDI),
Most of our coaches are International Coach Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coaches.
